Each build starts with an idea the client has, a ‘vision’. A large percentage of Kalbaru’s work is to design construct homes. This is where we work closely with the client and draftsperson or architect. During the design stage we finalise the clients wishlist and match that to the site, environment, budget and planning guidelines.
