Building is always exciting, you never know what the challenges of each project will be. Before any project starts Kalbaru walks all parties through the projects contract and specification to ensure everyone understands and agrees to the construction method and finishes. Communication is the key to the smooth running of our projects, we spend time keeping everyone informed of what is going on. If any problems arise we work with the client to resolve them. Clients are able to choose how much involvement they would like with the project.
