Kalbaru Constructions has been building on the Surf Coast in Victoria for 25 years.
Over that time we have seen many changes including, planning regulations, Bushfire Regulations, Energy Rating Systems and building materials. During this time we have been able to adapt and evolve with these changes, for evidence of this just look at the differences in the houses we are now building compared with 5 and 10 years ago.
We work hard with local tradespeople and suppliers to build quality homes. Everyone involved knows the area and brings their experience and expertise to each project to meet the needs of the client.

- The Factory has both inside and outside storage facilities available for use
- We have 40 tonne of scaffold
- We own our own Temporary Fencing
